Que se abandona al sol y dulcemente
Le absorbe su oro mientras todo calla.
Y vuestras manos, finas, como aqueste
Dolor, el mío, que se alarga, alarga,
Y luego se me muere y se concluye
Así, como lo veis; en algún verso.
Ah, ¿sois así? Decidme si en la boca
Tenéis un rumoroso colmenero.
Si las orejas vuestras son a modo
De pétalos de rosas ahuecados...
Decidme si lloráis, humildemente.
Mirando las estrellas tan lejanas.
